Arrikto is looking for a well-rounded Director of Marketing who has previously thrived in fast growing startup environments. The ideal candidate is data-driven and will combine creative vision and innovative thinking, with a strong attention to detail when it comes to execution.

Responsibilities

  • Events: Drive end-to-end execution of in-person and online self-produced events, Meetups and webinars. Manage logistics and presence at third-party events like AWS reInvent, KubeCon and Google Next. Maintain a calendar of CFPs.
  • Advertising: Manage and optimize Linkedin Ads, Google Adwords, Twitter Ads and sponsored content campaigns.
  • Content Calendar: Manage the content calendar so blogs, videos, tutorials and PDFs move smoothly through the production/promotion pipeline.
  • SEO: Optimize and tune Arrikto’s online presence
  • Partner Marketing: Work with partners on executing co-marketing initiatives
  • PR/AR: Manage scheduling of analyst briefings and the relationship with our PR firm.

Requirements

  • Data-driven
  • 5+ years of previous marketing experience in fast-paced startup environments
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Highly organized, detail oriented
  • Familiarity with modern sales/marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, WordPress, Google Workspaces/Ads/Webmaster, LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Ads, Zoom, etc.

We are looking for a highly motivated Channel Marketing Associate based in Athens to join the Channel Marketing team. You will be primarily responsible for assisting the Channel Marketing team in the advertising of Blueground properties on booking and listing platforms, in order to maximize utilization and occupancy across cities.

What you will focus on:

  • Conducting in-depth market research on the listing platforms of each city, evaluating and prioritizing them
  • Effectively communicating and negotiating with the account managers of the listing platforms
  • Uploading and maintaining Blueground properties in the relevant booking and listing platforms using the data from our internal database, while ensuring we achieve the best ranking and visibility for our ads
  • Joining team projects, which include monitoring the listing platforms’ performance, improvement of internal processes, cross-functional projects, etc
  • Be responsible for multiple tasks, simultaneously in different cities
  • As this position has a rapid advancement into the Channel Marketing Specialist position, you will also focus on having full ownership of the markets that you will be responsible for

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university
  • Fluent in written and verbal English

  • Good understanding of Microsoft Excel / G-sheets
  • Keen to take on tasks with more responsibilities

Senior Account Manager

About the role

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an Account Manager to join one of the best digital performance-oriented agencies in Greece.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a must-have skill. Strategy thinking must be embedded in your DNA. You must be a leader and a team player at the same time.

Your day will look like:

  • Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touchpoints
  • Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and client satisfaction
  • Work closely with all departments on day-to-day operational processes including campaign set-up, receipt of creative or tags, trafficking, optimization, troubleshooting and QA
  • Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success, high customer satisfaction, and renewal
  • Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research
  • Manage weekly campaign status documents for review
  • Work closely with Finance on billing set up and invoicing
  • Manage customer activity with CRM tools for maximum efficiency and visibility, with carefully executed follow-up to closure on open issues

  • Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed
  • Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight

The ideal candidate will have

  • 6+ years of experience in Customer Success and/or Account Management
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
  • Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
  • A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting, and completion of planned deliverables
  • Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
  • Project and program management experience; knowledge of key concepts including phases, plans, deliverables, scope, and tasks
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
  • Passion about business and dissatisfaction with status quo – always thinking of ways to improve/grow assigned clients
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • Strong analytical skills
