He/ She will serve as an e-store owner for each brand in his/her portfolio. He/ She will be responsible for managing the overall success of the store and take care of the operations of the store to ensure targets achievement.

He/ She will be responsible for

• Reaching e-commerce targets.
• Managing the e-commerce marketing calendar.
• Maintaining an excellent overall image of the online store(s) through e-merchandising (front end), while also understanding and improving issues on the back-end.
• Continuously testing site optimizations in order to achieve a better user experience and incremental sales (SEO optimization, conversion rate optimization, new features implementation, etc)
• Maintaining the online product catalogue; products are uploaded on time and with the correct information.
• Identifying functional problems of the sites and following up with the technical teams for their resolution.
• Organizing and implementing the Emailing strategy (weekly newsletters, automated emails in cooperation with CRM).
• Cooperating with internal stakeholders (CX agents, Warehouse and the Brands) to ensure an excellent service delivery to online customers
• Monitoring eCommerce P&L.

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-Commerce (preferably in retail industry).
• Bachelor’s degree with expertise /focus on e-commerce, marketing, or related field.
• Experience with CMS platforms. Understanding of eCommerce technologies.
• Εxperience with SEO & Conversion Rate optimization.
• Data driven; turning data to meaningful insights for the business.
• Very good project management skills – ideally in an eCommerce-related field.
• Excellent verbal & communication skills (English, Greek).
• Photo editing skills will be considered a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and orientation to detail
• Ability to identify critical concerns, prioritize and handle multiple projects
• Creative and innovative thinking, open-minded and experimenting with new concepts and abilities. Self-learner.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Good aesthetic sense.
