The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels. 

Responsibilities

• Creating and optimizing PPC campaigns in Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter etc.
• Setting up and optimizing Google Analytics goals
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize the campaigns with performance results in mind
• Allocating budgets and recommending modifications to ad spends
• Creating and optimizing email campaigns
• Developing, implementing and managing a social media strategy
• Managing and overseeing social media content
• Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
• Create media & advertising plans according to clients’ requirements

Required Competencies

• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in an agency
• Proven experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
• Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
• Social Media Platform experience with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords & Facebook Ads campaigns
• Good time-management skills
• Willingness to learn about new marketing channels and strategies, and work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command of Greek & English

Desired Competencies

• Google ads, Facebook ads and similar certifications are a plus
• BA in Marketing, Digital technologies or similar relevant field
