Your profile
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups
  • Capability to produce content on time, with attention to detail, and an emphasis on identifying and pitching to a target audience

The role

As a Marketing Copywriter, you will be part of Ferryhopper’s Community Building Team. You will be working closely with multiple teams in a variety of projects, including Social Media and Performance actions. You are expected to produce clear, engaging and brand-fitting content, and make informed decisions about audiences and community building. From creative copy to conversion-oriented content, you will be the go-to person to captivate our users with our brand.

Responsibilities

As a Marketing Copywriter in Ferryhopper you will:

  • Produce concise and high-engagement copy that reflects our brand’s voice in English and Greek 
  • Produce copy for digital and physical ads (Google, Social Media, CRM, OOH, Radio/podcasts advertisement)
  • Produce copy for our social media channels
  • Work closely with the Brand, Performance and Design teams
  • Follow creative briefs to produce clear and persuasive copy
  • Integrate and implement brand guidelines to your copy
  • Ensure brand and copywriting consistency (style, imagery, messaging, and tone)

Job requirements

  • Creativity, clarity, humor, resourcefulness, flexibility, and passion
  • Professional fluency in Greek and English
  • Ability to work independently across channels and switch between projects
  • Attention to detail, excellent organizational, reporting and multitasking skills
  • Experience in producing micro-copy

The following would also be appreciated:

  • Professional knowledge of any of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French, German (writing, proofreading, translating)
  • Experience working as a B2C copywriter in the travel industry
  • Ability to write press releases and create copy in a more corporate language

We are looking for a fluent French and Spanish speaking Graduate or Student to join our global marketing team, promoting our flagship events and conferences portfolio. Compensation to be discussed.

What You’ll Do

Director of Marketing – Campaigns and Lead Development

Arrikto is looking for an entrepreneurial Director of Marketing whose primary responsibilities will revolve around outbound marketing and lead development. The ideal candidate is data-driven and will bring innovative thinking when it comes to the execution of campaigns and the development of leads. A demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast growing, dynamic startup environment will be the key to success for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Campaigns: Responsible for maintaining the infrastructure that allows us to identify companies and individuals demonstrating “intent.” From there, building out contact lists, assigning prospects to the appropriate email campaigns and supplementing the campaigns with advertising or LinkedIn InMail/connect requests. Also, in charge of creating landing pages and copy for sequences, plus optimizing them on an ongoing basis.

  • Events: Drive end-to-end execution of in-person and online self-produced events, Meetups and webinars. Manage logistics and presence at third-party events like AWS reInvent, KubeCon and Google Next. Maintain a calendar of CFPs.
