After the creation of the best possible job position, we upload the job opening on our job board.

We already have an actual database with Digital Ninjas that actively looking for their next challenge, but still, we are going to collect several new candidates to check for the specific job opening.

After the first call, we are choosing the top 25% for the next phase. Softskills and psychometrics tests are going to saw as the last 5 candidates lists.

We complete all the process by defining the last 1-2 candidates that match perfectly the culture and the job opening of yours!
